Standard items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund or online store credit. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. The item must be in original condition, unworn, not altered and unwashed, with tags still attached. The item must be returned within 14 days of your receipt date.
If you would like to return an international order during the 14-day period, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with additional information. Costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Physical and e-gift cards are not refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled.

How do I return my item/s?
Zantika is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. Please use a trackable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number. Once your item has been returned to our studio, we will email you a confirmation of your refund or credit note. We recommend that you send your return via registered post.
